KORE Studio Guidelines & Membership Terms
KORE is a space to move, reset, strengthen and feel good. Whether it’s your first Reformer class or your hundredth Hot Yoga flow, everyone is welcome here.
Our studios are built on respect, energy and community — so we simply ask that every member helps us maintain the atmosphere that makes KORE feel special.
Please take a moment to read through the below before attending classes or purchasing a membership. By booking classes or joining KORE, you agree to these terms.
Studio Etiquette
Reformer & Hot Studio Experience

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we strongly recommend starting with our entry level class FORM before progressing into higher-level sessions when/if you feel.

Our instructors are always happy to guide you through equipment setup, springs and movement patterns, please ask if you’re unsure.

Grip socks must be worn for all Reformer Pilates classes for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted once class has started.
What to Wear
Please wear comfortable movement-friendly activewear suitable for Reformer Pilates and Hot Studio classes.
For safety and studio care, jeans, outdoor footwear, flip-flops or workwear are not permitted in class spaces.
Keeping the Studio Beautiful

Please wipe down equipment after class using the cleaning products provided.

Return all props and equipment to their designated storage areas after use.

Bags are not permitted on the studio floor for safety reasons, lockers and storage areas are available during your class. Please bring your own padlock or purchase one via our app.

Personal belongings are brought into the studio at your own risk.
Respecting the Space & Community
KORE has zero tolerance for aggressive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or members. Any behaviour that disrupts the safety, comfort or experience of our community may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
This includes:

Harassment or intimidation

Disruptive or unsafe conduct

Misuse of studio facilities

Unauthorised personal training or commercial activity within the studio

Attending classes under the influence of drugs or alcohol
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the studio where necessary to protect the KORE environment.
Membership Terms
Membership Commitment
Our memberships are designed for consistency, progression and long-term results.
All memberships are part of a 12-month agreement with a minimum commitment period of 6 months. Before signing up, please ensure the membership is right for your lifestyle and that you are able to commit to the minimum term.
Changes & Cancellations

Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial 6-month commitment period.

If you need more flexibility during your agreement, the option available is to move down to a lower membership tier.

After the initial 6 months, cancellation requests can be made in line with your membership notice period which is 30 days.

Requests to cancel early due to change of mind, usage levels or schedule changes will not be accepted.
We want all members to feel clear and confident before committing to a membership, and our team is always happy to help explain the best option before purchase.
Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Classes are available to book up to 21 days in advance.

Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the class start time.

Late cancellations or missed classes are non-refundable and credits will not be returned.

Classes with low attendance, below 2 in any one class, may occasionally be cancelled by the studio with notice where possible.
Credits, Purchases & Studio Selection
Please check your selected studio carefully before purchasing memberships or class credits.
KORE Studio Rawtenstall is clearly identified across our website, app and booking platforms.
Credits or memberships purchased for the wrong studio location - including other studios using similar names - are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Refund Policy

Intro offers, memberships and class credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

Bookings made in error may be refunded at management discretion and may incur a small administration fee.

Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between members.
Health & Safety
By attending classes at KORE, you confirm that:

You are physically able to participate safely.

You will work within your own limits.
-
You will inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions or concerns relevant to your training experience.

Exercise carries inherent risk, and participation is undertaken at your own discretion.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Training
If you are pregnant, recently postnatal, or returning to movement after birth, we strongly recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before attending classes.
Reformer Pilates can be a beautiful and supportive way to move during pregnancy and postpartum when guided appropriately. We’re proud to have specially trained pre and postnatal instructors within the KORE team, so please feel free to reach out to us in confidence before booking classes, we’re always happy to help guide you toward the safest options for your body and stage of pregnancy.
Please note: Hot Studio classes are not suitable during pregnancy due to the heated environment.
We ask all members to inform instructors of any pregnancy, injuries or medical considerations prior to class so we can support your experience safely.
Final Note
KORE reserves the right to update these terms where reasonably necessary to support studio operations, safety and member experience.
