Hot Studio Classes

Hot Mat Pilates (level 1)

Strong doesn’t have to mean intense. This feel-good class brings the classical Pilates method into the warmth, giving you time to connect, breathe, and move with purpose.

 

Set to uplifting music in our heated studio, you’ll focus on the fundamentals, posture, breath, and core control, all while building deep strength and stability from the inside out. It’s a steady-paced, full-body session that leaves you feeling balanced, energised, and completely recharged.

No experience needed, just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to move.

Hot Mat Power Pilates (mixed ability)

For the can-do crew who come to work. This is not your average Pilates class, it’s a high-energy, full-body sculpt in the heat, powered by uplifting beats and serious motivation. Expect controlled, core-driven movement rooted in classic Pilates principles, but with extra fire.

 

You'll challenge your strength, stamina, and focus as you flow through dynamic sequences designed to sculpt your front, side, and back (and everywhere in between). Set in our 35°C heated studio, this class delivers a deep, effective burn that leaves you stronger, leaner, and lit up from the inside out.
You’ll leave looking hot, feeling powerful, and walking taller.

​Hot Flow For All Yoga

Step into the heat and let the outside world melt away. Set in our beautifully warm studio, this Vinyasa-inspired class blends breath, movement, and rhythm into a flowing sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, all while turning up the inner fire.

“Vinyasa” means to place with intention, and that’s exactly what this class offers. With mindful transitions, a focus on alignment, and a steady, energising pace, you’ll move with purpose while the heat helps your body open, release, and detox. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, Flow For All invites you to connect, sweat, and recharge in an uplifting space. You’ll leave lighter, calmer, stronger.

​Hot Mellow Flow Yoga

Step into our welcoming space for our hot mellow flow practice. Blending gentle movement with mindful breathwork, you'll be guided through foundational poses and Vinyasa sequences in our heated studio.

 Equal parts invigorating and restorative, it’s designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace. Open your shoulders, hips, spine, and heart as you create a stronger, more resilient Kore.

 

With friendly guidance in a supportive, judgment-free environment, this class is perfect for complete beginners or anyone seeking a slower, accessible pace. Feel the transformative benefits of hot yoga throughout your body and mind.

Warming Yin Yang Yoga

Find your rhythm between stillness and flow in this beautifully balanced Yin Yang class. Start with long, gentle holds to open the body and quiet the mind, then move into an uplifting Yang sequence to awaken strength and energy. As the class winds down, you’ll return to grounding postures that help release deep tension and restore calm.

 

Held in our warmly heated space, this class supports detoxification, flexibility, and mindfulness, leaving you feeling both invigorated and deeply relaxed. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided for your comfort.
