From there you progress through the series with Full Body, Core + Upper Focus and Core + Lower Focus to create a balanced weekly routine that develops control, power, and confidence. Form
Form is your foundation. A controlled, technique-led class designed to build confidence, alignment, and strength. Expect slower tempo, clear coaching, and movement that sets you up for every Kore class. Perfect for first-timers, returners, or anyone rebuilding their base. Learn the lines before the load.
Full Body
A full-body training session. Expect grounded strength work, deep core connection, and sequences that leave you feeling aligned, powerful, and reset.
This is your weekly anchor - balanced, strong, and distinctly Kore.
Core + Lower Focus
A lower body session that builds strength from the ground up. Think glutes working with purpose, legs steady and controlled, and movements that create real strength and shape. A results-driven session that builds your foundation with clarity, confidence.
Core + Upper Focus
An upper-body and core session designed to bring length, strength, and elegance to your posture. Expect mindful control, strong back engagement, and arm work that feels precise and empowering.
